The Little Pepper Tree (TLPT) was born from a deep love for Trinidad & Tobago and the vibrant flavours of home. What began with homegrown pepper sauces in a small Croydon kitchen grew into a joyful celebration of Caribbean food, culture, and creativity.
During the pandemic, a newfound love for macarons sparked a journey into baking that blended Trinbagonian boldness with global flair. Along the way came a mission: to honour and preserve our culinary traditions and share them with the world.
